Hon. Grace Sundukwa's Festive Message to the Residents of Bungoma County


As the year draws to a close, we are filled with gratitude for the milestones we have achieved together and the resilience we have demonstrated as a community. I, Hon. Grace Sundukwa, MCA for Sitikho Ward and your aspiring Women Representative for Bungoma County, take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a joyous Christmas and a prosperous New Year 2025.

This festive season, my heart is with every resident across our beautiful county, from the lush highlands of Mt. Elgon to the vibrant communities of Tongaren, from the industrious people of Kabuchai to the bustling heart of Kanduyi, from the fertile lands of Bumula to the entrepreneurial spirit of Kimilili. Bungoma is home to a diverse and dynamic people, and it is an honor to serve and advocate for our shared progress.
Reflecting on 2024

The past year has been marked by numerous challenges, but also significant progress. In Sitikho Ward, we have witnessed improvements in infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, and sports development. Together, we have built roads that connect our communities, enhanced access to quality healthcare services, supported our schools, empowered our farmers, and nurtured the talents of our youth through sports initiatives.

These achievements are a testament to what we can accomplish when we come together with a shared vision. It is this spirit of unity and determination that I seek to extend to the entire Bungoma County as I step forward to serve you as Women Representative.
Looking Ahead to 2025

As we embrace the New Year, I reaffirm my commitment to advocating for the issues that matter most to you. My vision for Bungoma County is one where women, youth, and marginalized groups have equal opportunities to thrive.
