In the outskirts of Kenya there emerged a political party called FORD Forum for Restoration of Democracy in 1992 which gave birth to other political parties in Kenya. Among the parties born out of it is FORD KENYA currently under the patronage of Rt Hon Moses Masika Wetangula who is the speaker if the National Asssembly of Kenya.

This party is art if the coalition government of Kenya Kwanza which among them constitutes UDA , AMANI MAENDELEO CHAP CHAP etc.

Ford Kenya the lion party is focused to see it's party leader become the next president of the republic of Kenya come 2032 which is great achievement should this dream come true.

There are other factors that this party is not privy to which kwaniiko nini would wish to bring to their Attention 

1. UDA is busy forming a formidable base in areas it did not perfom well so that it field a candidate come 2027 what is this lion party doing??

2. The second in command is a member of UDA who is also interested in being the next President should the contemporary retire in 2032 how sure is FK that they will be given through pass ??

3. Supposing by 2027 the UDA party having mobilised the country to a point of being sure that it will run alone as UDA what is the dire alternative??

4. In 2013 when the Jubilee Government had won election and started making a formidable base for 2017, political parties that were members retired and relaxed to eat the cake later they were given an option to either shelve their parties and join Jubilee or leave the auditorium and that was how New Ford Kenya collapsed under leadership of H.E Ken Lusaka.

Who was the mastermind if not brain child of the deal that lead to collapse of those parties in Jubilee? ......

Following the above concerns, the ford Kenya party need to up the game......

We have bilateral talks between the Government and opposition Azimio la umoja which everyone is praying that it ends well. Ending well means it gives good results which will necessitate smooth running of our country and ending of demonstrations this will come with sacrifices and agreements between two parties and thus will make a platform for smooth landing of UDA in Azimio zones Iike Luo Nyanza.

Should this happen and by 2027 the luo nyanza opt to be in government and agree to support UDA then the game will be very complicated with FK.

Why are this facts not being mentioned vividly ??? 

Majority of people would be angered by such realities 

I submit that ford Kenya members have been kind to each other for too long time has come at least that they must annoy each other its only that when I have annoyed you sufficiently that one can canalize that anger to move mountains 

It is not right to play cards anymore let us learn to say things in black and white without mincing them and in so doing we shall get ideas that will grow the party and it's when the party is growing that we see light at the end of the tunnel.

How I wish that the party official should wake up and do things right let it not appear as it was put by Washington Irving in his story Rip Van Winkle -sleeping amid a great revolution 

"it is very shameful that a house is on fire but you are running after rats!!! Let the rats run away come back to the house with one accord and safe the important."

Majority are now pre-occupied with looking at faults among party members and determining the fate for them ...... For how long shall members be fault finder and persecutors of their own kin....????

In the book 48 laws of power, the law number 5 talks of the guarding of reputation. This party should be the last to kill Democracy since the last letter on it's name means Democracy. Freedom of speech and opinions should be the guiding principle issues ought to be felt with in concession and learn to control what to communicate to the public and what to communicate to the members that is how reputation of the party will grow.

Just the other day majority were not comfortable with and opinion by a member which caused public summoning it is in the public domain. Just a few weeks after a coup has been realized in Trans-nzoia FK branch at a time when the party ought to be planning how to recruit more members it is celebrating exit.

Nurturing a leaders is very key and there are rules that need be followed.  Until showoffs are stopped and more focus put on real issues then it will not be true that this dream of 2032 is a reality to members but only meant to sweeten the ears of the listener 

The great American Ralph waldo Emmerson said " when there is dirt in the world one ought not complain one needs to sweep his frontyard and if everyone sweeps his frontyard low and behold the world will be clean"  FK members are urged to rol their sleeves and the leadership should roll out a canvas on which its members will trod it is only when the members that it has will enjoy it's membership that other non-members will admire and seek to join 

Revisit the 48 laws of power and it will guide and build morals that will help this party grow like Bush fire .
