Visionary leaders ought to be helpful to it's community

Being mindful of letting the gone be by gones. But it is healthful t also consider some issues of the past that can help to inform the future. Speaking of deveopment, waswahili wanasema mgaala muue nayo haki.............? H.E the former Governor had issued 2M from his own pocket to help nurture talents. Which was meant to buy a field in Ngaira farm for the community of misanga. It was a scheduled plan in the year 2018. Opinion leaders were given greenlight to reach out to the owner of the land to help but the land for the community.
Those assigned the duty were among others Justus Situringi, Franco who did their part well by reaching out to Eliud Ngaira who then requested time claiming it was a family property and thus had to consult with other members of the family some who were abroad by then. He there requested that once he could be through with the consultations he would get back to them and thus help facilitate acquisition of the and by the community.
This land was under use for the past decade which was offered by the family to the community following it being used by the then school Benjamin Ngaira ACademy. Several team's were using the facility including Ngaira Fc, Misanga Fc, Safaricom Fc, Western Youths Fc, Young Lions Fc, Mwambu Fc, Rainbow Fc, Youngstars Fc and  New Nzoia Fc. This teams initially were doing their practice at Misanga cattle dip but after being accommodated by the school they were happy.
However, this being a private property they could not enjoy the services perpetually they had to either find a way of owning the property by buying it an idea that had necessitated the reaching out to local politicians to aid this needy community .
The said amount did not meet the objective as in the process of waiting for the response the money was wired to st.pauls Narati secondary school to drill water.
Who gave the allowance of this very act...?  Questions and concerns reached the table of the then H.E the Governor Wangamati who dismissed the issue of water. He categorically stated that he had issued the funds purposely for the field at misanga which was done following the urgent need of it by the locals.
Though there is no traces as to whether that money will get back and no trace for it's auditing, the community continued pressing for the same facility since it then became clear that the Ngaira family was wiling to have it disposed. Since it was at liberty to sell to any willing buyer and following the fact that the money issued was illegally utilized and thus community remained without anything to pin on table,, Ngaira family decided to sell to any willing buyer this sold it.
As time went by they still agreed to sell that land to the community should they be ready the community though their opinion leaders did their best in mobilizing their leaders to consider that very vital priority. the campaigns of 2022 it became one of the agenda of the community hence in a public gathering at the cattle dip misanga during the 3rd edition launch of motobykes by Hon Stephen Wamalwa MCA soysambu/Mitua ward and being conscious of the need of the residents of that area urged the then MP Aspirant for Tongaren constituency Dr John Murumba Chikati to help buy the land should he become the MP.
Thanks to the gods the Ford Kenya Candodate Hon Dr. John Murumba Chikati overwhelmingly won the election and seemingly is keen to fulfill his promise to the people of Misanga.
He was approached by a team of residents from Misanga urging him to consider converting this private property into a public buy buying it which could serve the community in several issues. This abandoned building could be utilized by either having a TTI or any other governmental facility instead of selling it to a private person who will instead destroy very essential buildings.
The servant of the people Hon Jonh Murumba Chikati who doubles as the secretary general accepted and was on record on radio sulwe FM asking the residents to have a proposal submitted to the CDF offices Tongaren Constituency.
The residents are more that happy thanking the MP for fulfilling this very prioritized agenda that many had ignored .
The member of parliament operations are still underway in having the money submitted to the owner and thus property be surrendered to the community.
However, are in the sky of someone trying to sabotage this good agenda claiming that the Government cannot buy a land that doesn't have a title deed. We are as a community asking that any willing here to help this society should ignore such invitation because it is aimed at killing the morale and interests of the people of the said region for the same CDF had already bought and to Mwambu school from the same land owner how is it hard for land to be bought again?
An appeal is further extended to the Governor of Bungoma county H.E Kenneth Lusaka to also intervene following fact that this land had about 3 or so Public Investment land (PI) which if intervention is made plus the land that the Area MP is buying .... Then the whole building can contain school either TTI, Or the polytenic of misanga can be moved there or even the maddy Mwambu PAG. This will help the Misanga market to grow economically and thus increase revenue collection to the county.
Hereby an appeal is made from the residents of the area to the able elected leaders right from MCA soysambu/mutual ward Hon Stephen wafula wamalwa doubling as the deputy speaker of the county assembly of Bungoma through to the MP Tongaren constituency Hon Dr. John Murumba Chikati who is also the sec.general of Ford Kenya through to H.E Governor Lusaka Kenneth to jointly bait out this issue for history will remember them fondly. As martin luther king Jr once said "if you cant fly then run, if you can run then walk , and if walking is still hard then crowl but in whatever you do be moving."
