THE SOCIETY IS ON ITS KNEES BECAUSE OF IMBALANCED LEADERSHIP

Being mindful that elections are behind us for almost one year now. The electorate did their bid, what is left is getting what they were promised. Right from MCA to the Presidency each has a role to play. The FY 2017-2018 Soysambu/Mitua ward a debt of two health facilities:Misanga Dispensary

and Brigadier Health Centre is yet to be completed.  Why? Because the former Governor Hon Wangamati and Hon Stephen MCA were not reading on the same page the Misanga Dispensary had an allocation of 6M but as of the Health and sanitation record the money to be used is 2.34M here lies the question where is the 3.66M? Similarly, Brigadier Health Centre had 18M which was inclusive buying, and 3M thus since there was already land. It is alleged that the 3M was used to purchase land at Bishop Wabukala and Misanga Dispensary. Which is not the case. Truth ought to be told to us.

Speaking of Bishop Wabukala, the County Government constructed 2 ECDE classrooms on that land which confirms the fact that land was bought it is very disturbing that the facility is not functioning because the two Acres of land are managed by someone else who

planted maize and thus learners who were getting an education from the facility were forcefully displaced to matisi PAG school. Why did the county waste such resources when Soysambu SA doesn't have a class for the same docket? And why did the government benefit only individuals as the residents of Wabukala have nothing to celebrate for?

We highly congratulate the area MCA for having constructed two ECDEs at St. Pauls

 primary which was done during the Hon Wangamati regime here the question of political difference between the two did not arise!!!! We celebrate as the hand of county government has completed its bid for that school. The area MP Hon Chikati who doubles as the SG for Ford Kenya party had promised to construct 6 classrooms in the same school.  In the FY 2023-2024, the County government has allocated 7M for the construction of 5 classrooms in St. Pauls Narati. When the neighborhood Maresi primary does not have an ECDE room constructed. At a time when the Mwambu PAG primary is on the verge of closure, ECDE learners are at a threat since their learning environment is threatened. From simple statistics, Mwambu gave the variance in MCA votes the difference of 25 votes noticed between the winning MCA and the follower was noticed at the Mwambu polling center. H.E. President Ruto Holds Bungoma County in high esteem for it gave the margin between him and Hon Raila were it not for Bungoma County H.E. Ruto won't be President. Similarly were it not for Mwambu PAG .......then this is like an abandoned cemetery as far as

development is concerned. The question is why is priority not considered about the urgency of the problem and regional balancing? Why is the county government not considering two classrooms for ECDE at every school which is their mandate? Here lies the answer ..Mashinani primarily received 6 classrooms from the county government worth 9M company

constructing it TOT.  Who is the owner??? Hidden in the clouds. The latest road worth 8M company awarded tender TOT owner...... classified.

What has the Misanga sub-location gotten as far as FY 2023-2024 is concerned??? Out of the 24M allocated there is nothing... What has Soysambu benefited from????  This communicates why there is a selective choice of people in the public participation taking people who go for tokenism but are not real participants. How are the 17M roads in this FY allocated??? A myth. That may analyze the whole world. Society is doomed we are appealing to the concerned offices to up the game. It is in the public domain that the sitting MCA of Soysambu/Mitua ward will not vie in 2027 which he said in fundraising at a burial at Saenyi home in 2022. Does this stand as the reason why things are improperly done? 

In addition to that we are questioning the authenticity of imbalanced allocation of resources we have a polytechnic at Misanga that has never gotten an eye by the leadership this is a facility that was it in place by H.E Gvn Lusaka in 2014 a and it appears as though it was waiting for him to come and salvage it.

Mitua polytechnic was lucky through the hand of Chief officer Rose Murunga who gave them a hand of 4M which necessitated construction of the administration block congratulations to her for considering her home during her regime.can someone help the resident to understand the menace.!!!
